In June 2025 I was the second employee to join Fanalysis, as Staff Software Engineer.
The platform runs on AWS, using Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB and Rekognition, with .NET and C# on the back end and TypeScript elsewhere.
Being the second engineer on a product means most of what exists is a decision someone has to make rather than a system someone has to maintain, which is the same job as building an MVP for a client.
